Bottega: Design x Dance

To debut their spring collection (released this week) Bottega Veneta had modern dancers choreograph and perform a piece in their designs. The video, "The Emotion of Sound," is set to the soundtrack of noises recorded in the atelier as the clothes were being made.

“I was thinking about dance, though not so much the performance aspect than, say, a dancer on her way to rehearsal,” designer Tomas Maier told the Cut about his inspiration for the collection. “The woman who has beautiful posture, moves her arms gracefully, and has a dancer’s walk — this is what I found inspiring.”

Check out the video below! It's difficult to say which is more beautiful: the clothes or the dancers.
